What is covererd by your warranty

 

1. Bluueer Services & Partners provides a free warranty service for PCs that lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase.

    

2. The warranty covers any hardware faults and defects that occur under normal usage of the product.

3. Delivery mis haps such as a dropped parcel from the courier will be covered under the warranty service.

4. Overheating due to dust build-up and non-responsive parts such as the PC or monitor will also be covered under the warranty service.

What is NOT Covred by your warrenty

​

1. The warranty service will not cover any damage caused by water or any other liquids, third-party accessories or peripherals, or any damage caused by drops from a significant height above 2ft (650mm).

    

2. The warranty service will not cover any damage caused by overclocking, unauthorized hardware component changes, or any damage caused by incorrect voltage to the PSU.

    

3. Bluueer Services & Partners will not be responsible for any data loss, downtime, or financial loss caused by the warranty service.

   How to claim, your rights and our rights

1. Any claim request under the warranty service must be made by contacting our customer support team (sales@bluueerservices.co.uk) and providing relevant information about the issue and proof of purchase.

    

2. If the warranty claim is successful, Bluueer Services & Partners will either replace or repair the defective product at its sole discretion.

    

3. The warranty service is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

4. Bluueer Services & Partners reserves the right to modify, change or terminate the warranty service at any time with prior notice.
